Another of my big interests

Another one of my big interests is DIY, woodworking, metalworking and in general making things. I love the satisfaction of finishing and using/ enjoying and even seeing something that i know i have made with my own fair hands. Its a wonderfully, rewarding feeling.

A brilliant website, one i visit everyday (and for some time) is instructables. In short it is basically a 'how to' website, where members can post instructions on how to make something etc. but it is a lot more broad than that when you get into it. It's about a way of life, culture etc. you will be surprised at the sorts of things you find on there. Some may interest you, some may not but i can guarantee there will be something on there for everyone!

my hobbies

At the moment I am very interested in making computer games including the actual game, graphics, sound effects, music etc. and I also enjoy making graphics, music etc. on the computer. I enjoy editing my photographs as I enjoy photography as well. Right this minute though I am making a soundtrack for the intro to the original film 'the Italian job'- this is a project i am doing for school. It includes a main song, some sound effects and a song I made myself as well. I could go on forever about the things I like doing on the computer....

Steam train

This is a photograph of the steam train that travels on the North Norfolk Poppy Line that travels from Sheringham along the North Norlfolk coastline before heading inland through the beautifully scenic countryside until reaching its destination; the quaint little town of Holt. 


In the background of the photograph you will be able to see the North Sea with Weybourne Windmill, roughly 500 m inland.

This is a view from Sheringham park looking towards the sea across the agricultural fields, Sheringham Park is located a few miles South-West of the of Sheringham, which is situated on the North Norfolk Coastline just West of Cromer. This was my holiday destination this summer and whilst there i used it as an opportunity to do some amateur photography.
